Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering an area from Reading to Guildford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer who has a good working knowledge of Air Conditioning
This mobile position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical works on commercial sites throughout the South East.
The right person or this position will already have a strong building services background, but will also have a good working knowledge of air conditioning.
This mobile position will be covering a region that includes Reading, Slough, Basingstoke and Guildford.
Requirements
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Happy to work as a multi skilled engineer
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 2 building services qualification
- F gas would be an advantage
- Based within the area
