This could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.We’re seeking a Customer Response Supervisor to lead a designated team of trade professionals in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective, and customer-focused repairs service within a defined geographical area.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading a customer-obsessed, high-performing team aligned to company values.
  • Overseeing the daily delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services.
  • Monitoring performance and productivity against targets, taking swift action where needed.
  • Managing a reactive maintenance budget of approximately £900k.
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-first mindset.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and internal processes.
  • Supporting and managing specialist contractors, monitoring quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Providing out-of-hours support via a rota system as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in a reactive maintenance or property services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of repairs diagnostics, cost control, and compliance standards.
  • Background in managing mobile trade teams (approx. 10–20 operatives).
  • Construction or trade-related qualification, and a valid H&S certification (e.g., SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH).
  • Excellent communication skills with a solution-driven and collaborative approach.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
  • Strong IT skills with experience using repair management and workforce planning systems.
