The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operations of:
The Restaurant
Aspen Bar
Room Service
Conference & Banqueting
Youll work closely with the F&B Manager to lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. This is an operational role, ideal for someone who leads from the front and thrives during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership of all F&B outlets, including service cover during peak periods
- Daily team supervision, coaching, and shift management
- Ensuring high service standards across all departments
- Supporting cost control, rota management, and stock monitoring
- Handling guest feedback and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Supporting promotions and upselling activities
Requirements Please Do Not Apply Unless You Have:
- 35 years experience in a hotel F&B management or supervisory role
- A strong hands-on management style this is not an office role
- Proven ability to manage busy shifts and lead large teams
- Working knowledge of food safety and health & hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
