Your Role as SENCO:

Oversee SEND provision across all year groups

Manage a team of teaching assistants and implement EHCPs

Collaborate with staff, parents, and external specialists

Promote a culture of inclusion and learning for all students
What We're Looking For:

QTS and National SENCO Award (or currently completing)

Proven leadership in SEN and student support
