Lead Fleet Sales Excellence with Jemca Car Group Toyota

Are you an experienced and results-driven Manager with a strong background in fleet operations? Jemca Car Group is seeking a Business Fleet Manager to oversee our significant fleet book of business for Toyota, primarily based at our Bracknell location but with travel to Reading. This pivotal role is your chance to manage key accounts, develop new business, and drive the success of one of the UK's largest Toyota fleet operations.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and Toyota GB (TGB), ensuring customers are kept updated.
  • Create purchase orders and organize the team to facilitate smooth handovers and deliveries.
  • Develop business and grow the existing large book of business, focusing on B2B opportunities.
  • Ensure the team is proficient and effective with system-based operations.
  • Drive unit targets for fleet vehicles: currently 330 for Reading and 209 for Bracknell, covering both vans and cars.
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly targets based on direct profit versus budget, unit targets, and TGB standards.
What Were Looking For:

  • Proven Managerial experience within fleet roles, which can include cars, vans, or HGVs, within the automotive sector.
  • Candidates with existing key accounts are a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • A full UK driving licence with a clean record is essential.
