Description
- Resolve complex payroll queries, issues, and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Process all payroll transactions accurately and on time.
- Support payroll payments, including credit transfers and emergency CHAPS payments.
- Ensure statutory deductions are correctly applied and returns, including taxable benefits, are submitted on time.
- Manage non-statutory deductions and ensure payments are made to the relevant organisations.
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll advice to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with all payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
- Keep up to date with company and statutory changes, ensuring system updates are implemented as required.
- Support payroll projects and initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall service quality.
Profile
- Previous experience in a high volume fast paced payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Familiarity with tax laws and employment regulations.
- Experience using Oracle is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 35,000.
