We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join a professional team within the Technology & Telecoms industry. The role involves managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations.

Description

  • Resolve complex payroll queries, issues, and complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Process all payroll transactions accurately and on time.
  • Support payroll payments, including credit transfers and emergency CHAPS payments.
  • Ensure statutory deductions are correctly applied and returns, including taxable benefits, are submitted on time.
  • Manage non-statutory deductions and ensure payments are made to the relevant organisations.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll advice to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with all payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
  • Keep up to date with company and statutory changes, ensuring system updates are implemented as required.
  • Support payroll projects and initiatives to improve systems, processes, and overall service quality.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a high volume fast paced payroll role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience using Oracle is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
