Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing both compliance and advisory services
- Lead and support on tax planning projects including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance and training
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Work closely with Partners to drive department strategy and growth
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- CTA qualified or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge in personal tax
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
