Job Title: Administrative Support

Contract Duration: 6 - 9 months
Our client seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Support professional to join there team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the increased workload as they expand our activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary Management: Managing the diaries of Directors.
- Event Coordination: Liaising with stakeholders and coordinating events
- Initiative Support: Supporting the rollout of new initiatives, including onboarding processes.
- Inbox Management: Managing the inbox and scheduling across the team.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
