Are you an experienced Internal Sales professional or Sales Administrator looking for your next permanent opportunity? We're proud to be partnering with a well-established business based in Bradford, currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their friendly team.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a stable working environment and a great opportunity to grow within a supportive company.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • 1-hour lunch break daily

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and respond to customer needs by using internal tools and liaising with external suppliers.
  • Communicate realistic delivery timelines to clients
  • Keep product and part details consistently updated across all relevant platforms and databases.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the sales support team to address any technical or product-related questions.
  • Notify the finance team of any updates or changes to customer account information to ensure records remain accurate.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the department.
