About the role:

The role of Operations Administrator is crucial to the day-to-day operations of the business. You will have crucial responsibilities across serval key areas – a great chance for you to showcase your skills and develop a long-term career with us.

  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
  • Obtaining prices, placing orders and keeping track of supply deliveries
  • Arranging plant moves
  • Maintaining client and supplier records
  • Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Managing the maintenance of plant and motor vehicles
  • Finding and arranging overnight accommodation if required
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Maintaining operatives training matrix
