A fast-growing manufacturing business in Bradford is looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive to join their friendly team. This role is perfect for someone with strong internal sales or lead-generation experience—or a commercially minded graduate ready to kick-start their career.
Rather than closing complex deals, you’ll be the engine room behind the sales team: gathering market intelligence, qualifying incoming enquiries, sending out literature and brochures, and ensuring the CRM is always up to date. You’ll help shape the sales pipeline and make sure high-quality opportunities flow through to the wider team.
This is a brilliant stepping-stone into a full sales or marketing role, with plenty of room to grow.
Key Responsibilities-
Research, track and identify new leads through LinkedIn, website enquiries, and industry platforms

Make first contact with prospects via phone and email, fully qualifying their needs

Send out brochures, technical literature, and follow up on quotes to maximise conversions

Keep the CRM accurate, organised and full of valuable information

Analyse data to spot promising prospects and emerging trends

Work closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers

Support the wider team with campaigns, lead-gen activity and reporting

Provide regular updates and insights to the Head of Sales

Experience in Internal Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Marketing, OR a recent graduate with strong commercial instincts

Confident communicator—comfortable building rapport quickly

Positive, can-do attitude with a curious, analytical mindset

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team

Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and digital tools

£30,000 base salary + approx. £5,000 bonus
