Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Bradford who are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time, office-based position where you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accurate reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable duties – dealing with all invoices  
  • Accounts receivable duties
  • Prepare and process payroll weekly
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ensure all financial records are up to date
  • Credit checks
  • Cash flow forecasts

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software e.g Sage Payroll
  • End to end Payroll experience
  • AAT qualifications (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team
