Exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a long-established, well-known business in North Bradford. You'll join a Business Change team that is working to deliver a diverse range of projects including cloud migration. It's a full-time permanent opportunity offering hybrid working, free on-site parking, annual bonus, colleague discounts and a salary in the region of £40,000 to £45,000.

The role offers exposure to a challenging project portfolio of technical, strategic and commercial change, meaning you'll need to be versatile with agile and waterfall experience as well as being comfortable with Prince 2 principles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Analyse and document systems and business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, tracking progress, resource needs, issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture and challenge business requirements and gain support for proposed changes.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate the design and execution of test scenarios and scripts.
  • Coach project team members on project methodology, documentation, and change management tools

Skills & Experience You'll Need:

  • Some experience as a Business Analyst and have previously worked with customer-facing teams
  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical with the ability to propose data-driven solutions.
  • An understanding of both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • Be capable of demonstrating good energy, positivity and an ambition to make a valuable contribution to the future of the business
