We're looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and grow a well-established Plumbing & Heating Merchants branch based in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in the industry to take ownership of a thriving branch and drive it forward.

The Role:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving branch sales through your existing industry contacts and proactive business development

• Overseeing the daily operations of the branch

• Leading and motivating a small, dedicated team

• Maintaining excellent customer relationships and service standards

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets with the potential for high commission earnings

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in the plumbing and heating industry (essential)

• A strong sales background with existing trade contacts

• Previous management or supervisory experience within a trade counter or merchant environment

• Proven experience developing and leading high performing teams

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in decision-making

• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 1 in 3 Saturdays
