Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.

• Conduct risk management assessments.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

• Facilitate in-person interviews and candidate selection processes.

• Verify all necessary licenses, qualifications, and registrations.

• Ensure all references and background checks are completed.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure valid within the last 12 months.

• HCPC registration.

• Social Work England registration.

• 3 years of post-qualification experience with an English Local Authority.

• Effective communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within a council or local government setting.

• Additional certifications in risk management or team leadership.
