Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

  • Develop and implement team goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

  • Manage risk and ensure safety standards are met.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure (valid for 12 months).

  • Registration with HCPC and Social Work England.

  • 3 years of post-qualification experience in direct employment with an English Local Authority.

  • Effective communication and management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in risk management.

  • Additional qualifications or certifications in social and healthcare.
