Telemarketer - Full-Time
Location: Bradford
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per annum
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme and commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift
Benefits: Free on-site parking

We are a growing company specialising in free energy efficiency glass testing, helping households and businesses improve insulation, reduce energy consumption, and lower utility costs. We are currently seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer engagement and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and book appointments
- Clearly explain the benefits of our energy efficiency glass testing service
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback
- Respond to enquiries regarding our services and company background
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with telemarketing software and Salesforce CRM (desirable)
- Strong persuasive skills and a confident, customer-focused approach
