- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to address any inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
- Process credit card payments for non-account customers.
- Enter and manage customer orders using the company’s in-house software system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Handle sales orders received through telephone, fax, email, post, and the company website.
- Liaise with courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Please note this role does not involve any direct selling.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer literate
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Ideally have gained previous administration or customer service experience but not essential as training will be given.
- Salary £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
