Reed Sales & Marketing are excited to be representing a nationally established connected management service providers in their search for a New Business Development Manager.
With a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, this is the perfect opportunity for somebody to directly increase their earning potentials and be the first individual in a patch that could easily provide for 3 or 4 separate BDMs.
Benefits:
- Wage: £30,000 to £35,000 (£50,000+ OTE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities across your territory
- Achieve (and ideally exceed) pre-assigned revenue and margin targets for financial year
- Measure and achieve pre-set KPMs
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities
- Some existing account management work may be required dependant on the right applicant
- Operated Vending, Wholesale and Capital Sales
Requirements:
- Previous 9-5 work experience (ideally in a sales environment within the B&I and public sector)
- 1 day per week work from home/office and 4 days New Business/Existing Accounts
- Demonstrable ability and desire to achieve/exceed targets
- Strong communication skills in order to present, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
- 100% CRM engagement (The client pride themselves as having one of the best, automated Sales and Marketing processes in the industry – fully supporting sales in hitting and achieving their targets!)
- Strong business acumen/commercial awareness
- A competitive nature and desire to succeed
- Strong numeracy and verbal (written and spoken) skills
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
- Full driving licence
