Role Overview: Seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives aimed at supporting business growth. This role encompasses crafting and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving lead generation for sales activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with the company's objectives and prioritise business development activities.Reporting to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Lead development and delivery of comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with leadership teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Content Development and Branding: Generate engaging content across diverse channels while maintaining brand consistency. Coordinate the development of marketing collateral and manage PR activities.
- Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing strategy including SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with web agencies for optimal website performance.
- Lead Generation and Sales Support: Implement strategies to generate leads and support sales team goals. Provide regular monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Communications Management: Oversee internal and external communications to uphold brand integrity and enhance the company's profile.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and refine marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably within the construction industry or related fields.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and analytical tools like Google Analytics and GA4 is desirable.
- Proficient communication and project management skills.
- Experience in managing agency relationships (they currently outsource SEO, PPC and design).
- Experience creating content and managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Skilled in using design tools such as Adobe Suite
