Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer base to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional levels of service to customers, understanding their business needs and supplies requirements.
  • Deliver face-to-face sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of products and services.
  • Work closely with the Wholesale Manager to strategies and execute sales plans.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven sales performance record with strong sales skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive and hunger to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver compelling face-to-face sales presentations.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and a team player with a warm and friendly personality.
  • Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of MS Office.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in the printer/office supplies market.
  • Knowledge of printer brands and products.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape in the technology and print solutions sector.
