Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer base to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional levels of service to customers, understanding their business needs and supplies requirements.
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of products and services.
- Work closely with the Wholesale Manager to strategies and execute sales plans.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proven sales performance record with strong sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive and hunger to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to deliver compelling face-to-face sales presentations.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer relations skills and a team player with a warm and friendly personality.
- Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in the printer/office supplies market.
- Knowledge of printer brands and products.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in the technology and print solutions sector.
