Job Description
The role of CNC Turner Supervisor will include:
_ Supervising and managing a team of 6 CNC engineers
_ Programming, setting & operating turning machines using Fanuc or Haas controls
_ Ensuring high-quality work to fine tolerances
_ Using basic inspection equipment to verify work
_ Maintaining production schedules and workflow efficiency
_ Supporting and mentoring team members on technical tasks
The Ideal Candidate Will:
_ Have proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc or Haas)
_ Have previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role
_ Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
_ Possess a professional and self-motivated attitude
_ Demonstrate strong organisational, leadership, and time management skills
_ Be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
