The Project
As an experienced Administrator, your role will be crucial in providing essential administrative support to the team on various education, commercial and residential developments based from the Head Office in Bradford. You will ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and provide essential assistance in project management activities, contributing to the timely delivery and adherence to quality standards across all projects.
Requirements
It is essential that you hold the experience below;
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous experience in facilities management is not essential however it is highly advantageous
- Proven industry expertise providing administration for a leading provider of construction and building services

Duties
- Answering landline calls
- Printing, scanning binding / filing documents
- Providing support to the project team as required
- Manage and address client phone communications
- Utilise Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure that records are consistently updated and maintained
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Foster clear and efficient communication among team members
- Coordinate the handling of incoming emails and postal deliveries
- Oversee and maintain office systems to ensure efficient operations
- Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
- Maintain the accuracy of records and the organisation of filing systems
- Coordinate and maintain calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency
- Manage data entry, document processing, and regular updates to maintain accurate records
- Provide support for project management functions, including the preparation of reports, tracking of deadlines, and coordination of team activities
- Ensure all documentation is meticulously organized, regularly updated, and readily accessible to authorized personnel
