As an Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring that every team member has the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Learning Needs: Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand and address learning needs, developing creative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct engaging soft skills training on essential topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
  • Design Digital Learning: Create and deliver innovative digital learning solutions that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Promote Wellbeing: Integrate wellbeing principles into learning initiatives, supporting programmes that enhance mental, physical, and emotional health.
  • Collaborate on Development programmes: Work with the OD team to roll out key initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and embedding within teams.
  • Support Change Initiatives: Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to drive cultural transformation and foster a growth mindset.
  • Manage Apprenticeships: Oversee the apprenticeship programme, including budgeting and ongoing support for apprentices.
  • Evaluate Learning Impact: Collaborate with the team to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously improve processes.
  • Encourage Participation: Build relationships at all levels to promote a culture of development and encourage participation in learning initiatives.

Must-Haves:

Previous experience in a Learning & Development or training role.

Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience in conducting Learning Needs Analyses and evaluating learning programmes.
