Customer Service Advisor – Claims

Elevation Business Support are working exclusively with a growing business based in Bradford to support with the recruitment of a number of people based within the Customer Service team. This role will be based within a team where almost all of enquiries are taken via phone. Therefore you must be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone. 

Main duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Processing all claims in line with SLA’s
  • Speaking to customers and updating them of the progress of the claims
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Escalate any queries to the Customer Service Manager
  • Update customer details efficiently and accurately onto the database
  • Carry out duties within the department to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction scores

Ideally the candidates will have had exposure to working within a customer service environment and are passionate about providing an excellent customer journey.This is a great opportunity for an individual starting a career in Customer Service. The start date will be Monday 1st September 2025 and training will commence for 4 weeks, therefore you must have no holidays during this time.

Working hours are on a 3 weekly shift pattern between 8.30 - 5.30 with 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid at time and a half!)
