Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bradford, BD3
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 DOE
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:30-17:30, alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00
Hybrid Working: Available after 6 months
We're seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across various channels. You'll handle billing enquiries, update account details, and ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and customer-focused.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer billing queries with clarity and care
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed
- Identify and support vulnerable customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute to performance targets and service improvements
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 6+ months in a customer service role
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Good maths and English (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent)
- IT proficiency and ability to use multiple systems
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
Desirable:
- Contact centre experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting or training colleagues
