Customer Support Co-ordinator - Travel

(Office based so you need to live near Bradford)

We're looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator / Customer Service Co-ordinator - someone who's confident, detail-focused, and great with people - to support clients and internal teams across a fast-paced business travel environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling a wide range of queries from clients and colleagues - by phone and email - and ensuring they're resolved smoothly
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day issues, including system support, reporting, and operational matters
  • Supporting Client Managers with account administration and customer calls
  • Taking ownership of tasks and following through with clear communication and timely updates

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a support, operations, or customer service role (ideally within a busy or regulated environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A methodical, proactive mindset - you're someone who spots problems early and solves them efficiently
  • Confidence using systems and working with reports or data
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines without dropping the ball

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in travel / travel agent or a related sector
  • Familiarity with 1st line technical or system support and onboarding processes
