Job Title: Junior Document Controller

Job Overview: As Junior Document Controller, this role will support our expanding design team. Working closely with Senior Designers and the BIM Manager, assisting in the coordination of documentation across internal departments and our external Main Contractor client base.
This role reports directly to the BIM Manager, who will provide training in portal management, with additional guidance from the Design Manager as needed. For the right candidate, there is potential for future development within the design team, including training in AutoCAD and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team with document control across all project stages.
- Upload, manage, and track drawings and documents using project specific portals and internal systems.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored according to company standards.
- Assist with the preparation and issue of design deliverables and client submissions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure documentation aligns with project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain version control and ensure timely distribution of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Help compile O&M manuals and other technical documentation for project completion.
- Follow and promote adherence to company protocols, procedures, and quality standards.
