Veritas Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a flair for creativity and a commitment to delivering high-quality drama education. The successful candidate will take on full planning, teaching, and marking responsibilities, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inspiring drama lessons to a high standard
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum guidelines
Encourage student participation and creativity in both practical and theory elements
Contribute to the wider school community, including school productions or extracurricular activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous experience teaching Drama within a UK secondary school
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential
Availability to commit to a full-time role from September
