About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will provide tailored support to pupils, contributing to an outstanding learning environment. You will be instrumental in supporting and developing young people's learning and helping them to succeed. This role is for 31 hours per week, term time plus one additional week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing dedicated support to pupils with diverse needs.
  • Making a positive difference to young people's lives through your intervention.
  • Planning your role in lessons, including providing feedback on pupils' learning and behaviour.
  • Contributing effectively to the selection and preparation of teaching resources that meet varied pupil needs and interests.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) relevant to working within education.
  • Expertise or skills in a specialist subject or area.
