About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a 50-bed dual-registered nursing and residential care home in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and growing care provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. You will inspire and lead your team, manage budgets effectively, and ensure the home operates efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager: 

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding care and exceed quality expectations.

     

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.

     

  • Manage finances, budgets, and resources effectively.

     

  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff.

     

  • Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and the wider community.

     

  • Prepare and analyse reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.

     

About You

  • Proven track record as a Home Manager in the elderly care sector.

     

  • Strong CQC history with demonstrable results in achieving good or outstanding ratings.

     

  • Dynamic, confident, and approachable leader with excellent communication skills.

     

  • Experience managing budgets and delivering positive commercial outcomes.
