Home Manager / Turnaround Manager - Nursing & Dementia Care Service
Location: West Yorkshire Area (Leeds/Bradford region)
Salary: Up to 70,000
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager / Turnaround Manager to take the lead in a well-established nursing and residential service in the West Yorkshire area. The home provides high-quality care for older people, including dementia, nursing, respite, and complex care needs, within a welcoming and community-focused environment.

This role is suited to a nurse-qualified manager with a proven track record of stabilising and improving services, leading teams through change, and delivering strong outcomes for residents and regulators alike.



About the Role:

  • Overall responsibility for the clinical and operational leadership of the service.

  • Implementing effective change management to strengthen service quality and compliance.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a skilled care and nursing team.

  • Maintaining high standards of personalised care and resident wellbeing.

  • Ensuring adherence to CQC standards and driving continuous improvement.



About You:

  • RGN/RMN qualification required.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Home Manager or Regional Manager in nursing/dementia care.

  • Solid and stable career history - tenure is essential.

  • Strong turnaround or service improvement background.

  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and financial management skills.
