This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking for a new challenge with a forward-thinking company that genuinely values initiative, craftsmanship, and career development.As a Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels, working from technical diagrams and electrical schematics. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities* Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings* Build and wire electrical panels and control systems to specification* Perform point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, and component installation* Mount and wire electrical components including relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and PLCs* Conduct basic testing and fault-finding* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlinesRequired Skills & Experience* Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrical Assembler, or Control Panel Technician* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical electrical drawings* Solid understanding of electrical components and wiring practices* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently* Able to take initiative and work efficiently under minimal supervision* Strong organisational skills and commitment to producing high-quality workWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly rate: £13.00 - £18.00 per hour (based on experience)* 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays* Company pension scheme - 4x salary* Private BUPA healthcare* Career progression opportunities and ongoing professional development* Stable, full-time employment in a supportive and growing companyWhy Join Us?Work for a professional and collaborative work environment where your skills, ideas, and contributions are recognised and valued.
