It’s designed to give you the full exposure and experience needed to become a Finance Director — not in theory, but in practice. You will work shoulder to shoulder with a CFO who’s passionate about mentorship, developing future leaders, and pushing the boundaries of what finance can deliver through AI, automation, and data-driven insight.

Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant.
- Commercially astute, technically strong, and ready to lead from the front.
- Energised by innovation — particularly around AI and automation in finance.
- Ambitious, ideas-led, and craving a role that gives you autonomy and space to grow.
