We are looking for a dedicated Senior Finance Partner- Service Charges to join our Accounting & Finance team, providing financial expertise in a not-for-profit setting. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of finance and a track record of working collaboratively with service charge teams.

Description
- Providing expert financial advice to the service charge teams.
- Working closely with the team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensuring financial compliance and accuracy in all service charge-related activities.
- Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the team and stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems.
- Supporting the service charge teams in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Partner- Service Charges should have:
- A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
- Experience in a finance role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A collaborative approach to working with service charge teams.
