Cutting/ Sewing Operative

We are seeking a skilled Cutter / Sewing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating an Eastman cutting machine and strong sewing skills. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate material cutting and high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Eastman cutting machines to cut fabrics/materials accurately.

• Perform sewing tasks, including assembling and finishing products as required.

• Follow technical specifications, patterns, and quality standards.

• Inspect work to ensure accuracy, precision, and quality compliance.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience with Eastman cutting machines is essential.

• Proficiency in sewing techniques (industrial sewing experience preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to follow instructions, patterns, and technical drawings.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
