Customer Service & Sales Administrator

£25,000

Bradford

One of my recognised and highly regarded retail manufacturers based in Bradford, is looking for someone that enjoys customer service, likes a busy role and is great with stock processing and sales order administrative tasks. Their business is quite niche so full training support is given with dealing with their customers needs, product training and sales administration processes and getting used to their systems and customer correspondence processes.

The distribution manager for this particular department is full of energy & fun and will create a really positive environment for you, yes it can be stressful at times like any role but they pull together as a team and help each other.

As first point of contact for all existing and new customers and you will be the first response for all customers at this site, processing customer orders and being the contact for customer account queries, you will process customer requests, provide quotations, process customer repeat sales orders, check price list for customers and pricing, organise deliveries, update customers records accurately and generally manage all existing customer queries or request.

  • Processing of sales invoices and customer sales orders
  • Managing completed despatch sheets, including proof of delivery
  • Manging customer calls and enquiries
  • Creating and amending computer records, such as delivery addresses, stock files and price files
  • Processing payments
  • Managing customer pricing enquiries
  • Liaising with the warehouse regarding any outstanding or late orders
  • Providing assistance and liaising with the purchasing department regarding deliveries from suppliers.

This is a super role for an experienced sales administrator, with excellent benefits and Christmas closure.

Thank you for taking the time to apply, I look forward to receiving your application to discuss the role and company in more detail.
