Are you a caring, creative and committed Level 3 (or above) Early Years Educator? We're looking for someone like you to join our small, supportive team in the heart of Bradford.

Our private nursery provides a warm, home-from-home environment where children are nurtured, respected, and encouraged to grow. As part of our team, you'll help shape young minds in a setting that truly values quality childcare and staff wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering high-quality care and early education following the EYFS framework

  • Planning fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities

  • Supporting children's development through play and observation

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and your team

  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or higher/equivalent)

  • Experience working with children in an early years setting

  • A genuine passion for early education

  • Understanding of safeguarding and child development

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
