Sonic Summary

Elevation is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for a bespoke manufacturing business located in Bradford.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 with a working schedule of days and afternoons on a weekly rotation, and no weekend or night work.
Candidates must possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification and ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include completing reactive maintenance, working to a continuous improvement plan, and ensuring minimal machinery downtime.
The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on fault finding and maintenance.

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, to join their well established team with immediate effect. Salary: £45,000Location: Bradford Hours: Days and afters on weekly rotation

Duties of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Working within a manufacturing company, you must be adaptable to this environment
Working to a continuous improvement plan to make the business and machinery the best it can be
Completing reactive maintenance and PPM’s on a daily basis
Completing relevant paperwork
Ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum
Install, maintain, test and examine site machinery
Understand and work to safe practises
Fault finding on PLC’s such as Siemans
General site maintenance
Other duties as and when required

Desired experience:

You must have a NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification as a minimum to be considered for the this role
Must have experience within a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role previously
Ideally have at least 3 years experience within in a manufacturing environment previously
Ideally have worked within an FMCG environment
Must be able to work within a team and on own initiative
Must have experience of working with breakdowns and PPM’s
Have good computer skills
Must be able to fault find
Ideally have PLC knowledge as new system will be implemented
Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)
