Role:  Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £45,870

Location: Bradford

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday Double days – 39hour week

Holidays: 35days annual leave including bank holidays

Benefits: OTE up to £50k + 35days holiday + 5% employer pension + 5% annual salary + Private health care + Life Assurance

The Company

ATA have partnered with the UK’s leading Manufacturer supplying to some of the biggest names in the FMCG/engineering sector. As the multi skilled maintenance engineer you will be working a range of high spec machinery at their site in Bradford. They have recently promoted one of their engineers and are now in need of an experienced multi skilled technician to get stuck to keep the smooth running’s of their engineering department.

The Role

As the maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on complex machinery
  • Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, invertors, relays, bearings, rollers including some work on Siemens PLC
  • Maintain levels of critical spares
  • Control calibration records

Requirements

As the maintenance engineer, our client requires:

  • NVQ level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in engineering
  • Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and electrically
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
