Description
As the TPM / CI Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Production and the Senior Leadership team to identify areas for improvement.
- Leading and facilitating problem-solving activities within the maintenance department.
- Overseeing and managing all Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) administration and data within the manufacturing department.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of TPM initiatives.
- Providing training and support to team members on TPM methodologies.
- Participating in cross-functional projects to drive organisational success.
Profile
The successful TPM / CI Coordinator should have:
- Previously worked in a similar position within a manufacturing business - ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools (5S, OEE etc) - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent problem-solving skills - ESSENTIAL
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
- An understanding of lean and continuous improvement methodologies - ESSENTIAL
- A degree in Engineering or a related field - DESIRABLE
