An award-winning and rapidly growing healthcare organisation is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join their forward-thinking team in the heart of Bradford. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape service delivery, drive clinical excellence, and support continuous improvement across primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring services are delivered to the highest regulatory and professional standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the leadership team to optimise service performance and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Manage KPIs, compliance, and clinical audits to monitor quality and drive improvement.
  • Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and client relationship management.

About you:

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a primary care or NHS setting. 
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, NHS contracts (DES, GMS, PMS), and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using data to performance manage teams and services.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
