Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Manager to work within supported housing for a charity in Bradford. The role will require working flexibly, 35 hours a week between 9am-6:30pm Monday - Friday

The post holder will manage a service that supports clients facing homelessness

Responsibilities of the Supported Housing Manager:

• Ensuring effective management of the service
• Overseeing efficient collection of rent and monitoring of voids
• Taking appropriate and prompt steps to address problems in performance management
• Maintaining and developing service risk assessments, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring service standards and quality within the project and ensuring that staff are focused on key performance indicators
• Managing the projects' rotas to ensure the projects are adequately covered at all times
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, including health & safety
• Developing and maintaining links with key partners and external agencies
• Liaising with referral agencies to provide effective services and ensure effective inter-departmental communications
• Ensuring central areas of buildings are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as Health & Safety, Fire and other statutory regulations including implementation and adherence to the association's policies and procedures

Requirements of the Supported Housing Manager:

• Previous experience managing or supervising staff within a similar environment
• Enhanced DBS
