An award-winning and rapidly expanding healthcare organisation is seeking a strategic and driven Recruitment Manager to join their progressive team based in Bradford. This is a pivotal role where you'll lead end-to-end recruitment operations, champion NHS compliance and attract top talent to support innovation and excellence across primary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies in line with business needs.
- Ensure all hires meet NHS, GDPR, and internal compliance standards.
- Promote the employer brand through digital channels and campaigns.
- Support and develop a small recruitment team.
- Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with organisational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making.
About you:
- Proven experience in recruitment management, ideally within healthcare or the NHS.
- Excellent understanding of NHS frameworks and governance.
- Confident, organised, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Skilled in direct sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Experience working with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) is highly desirable.
