Recruitment Manager – Healthcare

This is a pivotal role where you'll lead end-to-end recruitment operations, champion NHS compliance and attract top talent to support innovation and excellence across primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies in line with business needs.
  • Ensure all hires meet NHS, GDPR, and internal compliance standards.
  • Promote the employer brand through digital channels and campaigns.
  • Support and develop a small recruitment team.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with organisational goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making.

About you:

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, ideally within healthcare or the NHS.
  • Excellent understanding of NHS frameworks and governance.
  • Confident, organised, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Experience working with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) is highly desirable.
