We're working with a well-established MSP based in Bradford that's looking to grow their technical team by bringing on an enthusiastic IT Support Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their IT career, with strong potential for exposure to project work and progression within a Microsoft-certified environment.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Acting as the first point of contact on the service desk, supporting a varied client base

Providing 1st and 2nd Line support across hardware, software, and networking issues

Troubleshooting and resolving incidents via phone, email, and remote tools

Logging and tracking tickets through to resolution

Supporting project rollouts and system upgrades alongside senior engineers

Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

Windows 10/11, Windows Server
-
Active Directory, Group Policy
-
Networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

Remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

Experience with MSP ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask) is a bonus

1+ year of IT support experience (MSP background preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

A proactive, problem-solving attitude

Interest in professional development and Microsoft certifications
