Lorien are working with a leading services organisation based in Bradford who are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Engineer to support their internal and external customers.
You will work alongside other technical teams (infrastructure/Security and Software Development teams where you will help with the maintenance of account creation and access across the Group IT Systems.
Responsibilities:
- 1st/2nd line support
- Provision of new laptops for new starters and work with HR for induction
- Logging and processing support calls and requests meeting SLA's
- Provide full IT systems support
- Create and maintain key documentation
- Provide trend analysis of Service desk software and reporting
Skills:
- M365 Admin
- O365
- IP Telephone systems
- Networks
- Mac OS and Windows Desktop
- Anti Virus and Drive encryption - ESET (Moving to MS Defender)
- ITIL
This role is based on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
