Sonic Summary

We are seeking an IT Engineer on a contract basis for a leading Retail organization located in Bradford.
The role involves handling incidents and requests for the WM Morrisons Account, including hardware break-fix support for HP and Dell desktops and laptops.
Responsibilities also include addressing software incidents and requests while providing remote support to customer sites.
The position requires the engineer to be onsite, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Candidates should have relevant experience, with a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per year and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

We are recruiting for an IT Engineer on contract to work for a leading Retail organisation based in Bradford.

Duties

Engineer to be scheduled by GSC for Incidents and Requests for the WM Morrisons Account. This includes Hardware Break Fix supporting HP and Dell Desktops and Laptops, Software Incidents and Requests and supporting customer sites remotely. Engineer will be based onsite at the above address.

The Tech Bar is covered by the Onsite BAU team, there are currently two shifts,

8:00am - 16:00pm

9:00am - 17:00pm
