The Organisation

Our client, a brilliant business with a family feel, is looking for a Claims Handler/Administrator to join their well established team.Priding themselves on over 40 years in business, our client is a well established business. You will need good written, verbal and numerical skills and a curious mindset with a thirst for knowledge and the desire to train, develop and progress.The RoleWorking as part of a talented and close-knit team, you will receive the highest level of training. After your training is complete you will be responsible for:

  • Telephone work - handing claims and related queries.
  • Providing suitable advice to customers with regards to claims and treating customers fairly at all times having assessed their specific query.
  • Completing all administration and paperwork to a high standard.
  • Handling and responding to queries quickly, efficiently and accurately.
  • Understanding and maintaining a good working knowledge of the rules and compliance procedures of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Ensure that you conduct yourself in accordance with the FCA rules and guidelines.
