Job Title: Personal InjuryClaims HandlerLocation: Bradford with Hybrid WorkingSalary: £26,000 to£30,000 Salary BracketContract: Full Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of EL/PL matters, progressing files efficiently through the MOJ Claims Portal.
- Liaise confidently and professionally with opponents, experts, regulatory authorities and clients via phone, email and written correspondence.
- Negotiate settlements on both liability and quantum.
- Where applicable, pursue recovery actions against third parties on behalf of clients.
- Keep accurate financial and risk assessments for all claims.
- Follow all internal procedures and client-specific protocols meticulously.
- Regularly review and achieve personal performance targets.

Required Attributes:
- As the successful candidate, you will need experience in Defendant Personal Injury Claims
- Although the position is handling litigated EL / PL claims, a professional background in RTA exclusively will be accepted
