  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL matters, progressing files efficiently through the MOJ Claims Portal.
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with opponents, experts, regulatory authorities and clients via phone, email and written correspondence.
  • Negotiate settlements on both liability and quantum.
  • Where applicable, pursue recovery actions against third parties on behalf of clients.
  • Keep accurate financial and risk assessments for all claims.
  • Follow all internal procedures and client-specific protocols meticulously.
  • Regularly review and achieve personal performance targets.
