Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Contentious Probate & Property Litigation)  – Bradford – 1+

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor, with a strong focus on Contentious Probate and Property Litigation, to join a respected and expanding L500 law firm based in Bradford. 

You will work on a diverse caseload, covering predominantly Property Litigation and Contentious Probate work. The contentious probate work includes trust disputes, capacity issues, and Inheritance Act claims, as well as a range of other matters. The team has supplementary strength in property disputes, broadening the scope of the group and advising on disputes and litigation involving both commercial and residential property

  • Ability to independently manage a varied caseload of matters
  • Demonstrated experience in advising and representing clients in contentious matters but with a strong interest in contentious probate and property litigation

  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills to deliver clear, strategic advice
  • Proven experience in business development and confidence in face-to-face client engagement
